What Credenza is
Credenza is a personal shelf and haul planner. It saves links, photos, prices, sizes, and notes on your device. It opens third-party marketplaces and shipping agents when you tap a buy link.
What Credenza is not
Credenza does not sell goods. Credenza does not take payment for anything you buy, and does not hold your money or your orders. Every purchase happens between you and the marketplace, the seller, or the agent you choose. Read their terms before you pay. The only payment Credenza takes is the Pro subscription described below.
Accuracy
Prices, size charts, translations, and fit notes can be wrong. Marketplace listings change. Automated readings of photos and text make mistakes. Check the listing yourself before you buy. Measurements that the app records are your records, not a guarantee of fit.
Referral disclosure
Buy links may include a referral code. Credenza may earn a commission on agent shipping fees. A referral never changes your item price. Your stored links always keep the original marketplace address.
Your account
An account is optional. The app runs without one. You need an account for Pro, for cloud sync, and for shared links. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
We can suspend an account that breaks the acceptable use rules below. We give a refund of the unused paid period when we do that.
Pro, payment, and cancellation
Credenza Fashion Pro costs $2.49 a week, $5.99 a month, or $44.99 a year. Stripe takes the payment and sends the receipts. Credenza never sees your card number.
- The weekly plan starts with a 3-day free trial. Your card is collected up front and the first charge lands on day 4. Cancel before day 4 and you pay nothing.
- The plan renews on its own at the end of each period, at the same price.
- Cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal, which opens from your profile in the app. Pro then runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
- A cancellation stops the next charge. It does not refund the current period on its own: see the refund rule below.
- We can change the price. A change applies from your next renewal, and we tell you before it takes effect. Cancel if you do not accept the new price.
- Tax is added where the law requires it. Stripe works out the rate from your billing address.
Refunds
Write to the address below within 14 days of a charge and we refund it in full, for any reason. After 14 days we refund the unused part of an annual plan if Credenza stops working for reasons on our side.
The free plan needs no card and has no trial clock, so you can test everything that matters before you pay.
If Pro ends
Nothing is deleted. Every card, every haul, and every QC photo you already saved stays where it is. Only new additions go back to the free limits. Export your shelf at any time from Profile → Import & backup.
Shared links
A shared link is public. Anyone holding the 12-character code can read the snapshot you published. Do not publish anything you would not post in the open.
- You own what you publish, and you are responsible for it.
- You give Credenza permission to store and serve that snapshot, and nothing more.
- Delete a link from Profile → Shared links, or set an expiry. A deleted page answers 404.
- We can take down a shared page that breaks the acceptable use rules, or that the law requires us to remove.
Acceptable use
Do not use Credenza to:
- Break the law, or help another person break the law.
- Attack, overload, or probe the Credenza server functions.
- Abuse a marketplace, a seller, or an agent through the app.
- Resell or republish the service as your own.
The server functions enforce per-user rate limits and a daily cost ceiling. Requests above the limits get a 429 response.
Your data
Your shelf stays on your device. The privacy notice lists what the app stores, what the server functions see, and how to export or erase your records.
No warranty
Credenza comes as is, with no warranty of any kind. Features can change or stop. Keep an export of your shelf if it matters to you.
Limit of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Credenza and its operator are not liable for any loss that follows from your use of the app. This includes lost purchases, lost data, bad fits, and losses from third-party sellers, marketplaces, or agents.
Where a limit of liability must have a number, that number is what you paid Credenza in the 12 months before the claim. On the free plan that number is zero.
Ending the service
Stop using Credenza at any time. Erase your device records from Profile → Erase my data. Write to the address below to close an account and remove its server records. Cancel a paid plan first, from the Stripe customer portal.
We can stop the service, or any part of it. If we stop a paid feature we refund the unused part of your paid period. Export your shelf before you go: Profile → Import & backup writes a .json file you keep.
Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top shows the last update. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
