This table lists what Credenza does today. We do not sell a feature before it ships.
Reading a size chart, resolving a Weidian link, and answering an Ask question each call a paid model. Those three are the daily counters. Everything else on the shelf runs on your device and is free. Read what a link resolve is and how to ask your own shelf for what one of each actually buys you.
The shelf lives on your device. If Pro ends, nothing is deleted: every card, every haul, and every QC photo you already saved stays where it is. Only new additions go back to the free caps. The haul row counts open hauls, not hauls you have ever run, so archiving a shipped one frees a slot on any plan — closing a haul covers what archiving keeps and what it hides. A shared link is a read-only page of one haul. Free keeps 3 links at a time. Pro keeps 100, and adds unlisted links, an expiry date, and a link with no Credenza footer. Delete a link at any time from Profile → Shared links.
Unlisted is narrower than it sounds, so it is worth reading before you buy for it: what an unlisted link hides is the preview card a chat draws when the address is pasted. The page itself opens for anyone holding the address either way.
Devices work the same way for everybody in one direction. Sign in on a new phone and your shelf comes back — that is free, because losing a phone must not cost you your cards. Pro is the other direction: every edit keeps going up, so two devices stay in step while you use them.
Stripe handles the payment and the receipts. Open the customer portal from your profile in the app to change the plan or cancel. Credenza never sees your card number.
Most people do not need Pro. The shelf, the parcel planner, the Reddit paste, and Buy in your agent are free and uncapped. Pro raises counters, so it only helps if you hit one.
You run one or two hauls at a time. You add finds over weeks, not in one sitting. You read size charts yourself, or you buy the same size from a store you already know. Two AI chart reads a day and twenty link resolves a day cover that pace with room to spare. Two goes further than it sounds: a chart already read for one seller is reused for every other item from that seller, so two reads is two new sellers, not two garments — what spends a chart read lists everything that costs nothing.
What the free plan covers lists every number, and the parts that are not counted at all. Cards on your shelf are the largest of those — how many a shelf holds says why that row reads Unlimited on both plans, and what can still run out on a phone full of QC photos.
You paste a whole Reddit haul at once, so twenty resolves runs out in one sitting. You keep several hauls open — a summer order, a winter order, a group buy. You size every item from its chart rather than guessing, which is the habit that costs the most reads and saves the most reshipping.
One wrong size costs a second parcel and a second shipping fee. That is usually more than a year of Pro. We would still rather you started free and found out.
The weekly plan starts with 3 days free. Stripe collects your card up front and the first $2.49 charge lands on day 4. Cancel from the customer portal before day 4 and you pay nothing. Monthly and yearly carry no trial: the free plan needs no card and does not expire, so you can test everything that matters before you decide.
If you do pay and change your mind, write to wenselllc@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge. We refund it in full, for any reason, and we do not ask you why. After 14 days we refund the unused part of an annual plan if Credenza stops working for reasons on our side. The Terms say the same thing in full.
Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not refund the period you are in on its own — ask, within the 14 days, and it does.
