CREDENZA Fashion

FAQ

Clear answers about saving items, choosing sizes, planning hauls, and buying through your shopping agent.

What is Credenza?

Credenza Fashion is a personal haul planner for international shopping through Chinese agents. You save finds, keep photos and buy links together, decide size, track QC, and open the item in your preferred agent. If you keep a haul in a sheet today, see Spreadsheet vs haul planner.

Does Credenza sell products?

No. Purchases happen on Weidian, Taobao, and similar marketplaces via your shopping agent (Superbuy, Sugargoo, Kakobuy, and others). Credenza organizes the decision before that click.

How does size recommendation work?

You set a body profile (chest, waist, hip, and related measures in inches or centimeters). When an item has a size chart in notes or album text, Credenza parses the rows (including hip-only charts) and suggests a size with a plain-language reason.

Which shopping agents are supported?

Credenza is agent-agnostic. Items store the canonical marketplace URL. At Buy time the app opens your preferred agent. Agents can be added without rewriting your shelf. To compare them on link format and coverage, read Which agent should I use.

Can I save a link straight from my phone?

Yes. On Android, install the app and Credenza appears in the system share sheet. On iPhone, a two-action Shortcut does the same job. Both routes, plus a desktop bookmarklet, are listed on Stash from your phone.

Do I need an account to use Credenza?

No. Open the app and start saving items. The shelf works with no account, no email, and no card. You need an account only for three things: Pro, cloud sync between two devices, and shared links. Everything else runs on the device.

Can I share my shelf with other people?

Yes. Pick the items you want, and Credenza makes a read-only page at a random 12-character link. You choose which fields go in: prices, notes, quality, sellers, parcel. A field you switch off is absent from the page, not hidden by styling. The link opens in Discord and Reddit with a preview card. Free keeps 3 links at a time. Pro keeps 100 and adds an expiry date. Delete a link from Profile → Shared links and the page answers 404.

What happens to my shelf if I lose my phone?

Sign in on the new phone and your shelf comes back. Restoring is free, on every plan. A lost phone must not cost you your cards, so Credenza does not put that behind a price. What Pro adds is the other direction: every edit keeps going up, so a phone and a laptop stay in step while you use them. On the free plan the shelf saves once when you sign in, then stays on the device. Turn sync on in Profile, and export a JSON backup at any time as a second copy.

Is my data stored on Credenza servers?

Your shelf lives on your device, and Credenza works with no account at all. An account is optional. If you make one, four things can reach our servers: your plan and usage counts, your synced shelf if you turn sync on, any link you choose to share, and your email address for sign-in. Body measurements never leave the device. Stripe takes the payment, so Credenza never sees your card number. Export the whole shelf as JSON at any time, and erase every device record from Profile. The privacy notice lists each store and how to delete it.

Is Credenza a W2C or replica search site?

No. Credenza does not run a product catalog of branded counterfeits, best-batch leaderboards, or paid seller rankings. You bring links from communities and stores you already use.

How does Credenza make money?

Two ways. Agent affiliate referral when you open Buy on a participating agent, and Credenza Fashion Pro at $2.49 a week, $5.99 a month, or $44.99 a year. The free plan includes fixed AI allowances. Pro adds monthly usage, more QC photos, and more open hauls. Credenza does not sell access to a counterfeit product database.

What does Credenza cost?

The shelf is free, and the free plan is not a trial: unlimited cards, unlimited Buy in your own agent, Reddit haul paste, and the full parcel planner. Pro is $2.49 a week after a 3-day free trial, $5.99 a month, or $44.99 a year, and raises the limits on the parts that call a paid model: size-chart reads and link reads.

How do I cancel Pro?

Open your profile and use the Stripe customer portal. Cancel there and Pro runs to the end of the period you already paid for. Nothing you saved is deleted when Pro ends: every card, haul, and QC photo stays. Only new additions go back to the free limits. Write to support@credenzafashion.com within 14 days of a charge for a full refund. Support lists the cancel, refund, export, and deletion steps. The terms state the full rule.

What happens if Credenza cannot read a link?

The card is still saved. A dead or blocked page means the title and price arrive empty, so the card is named from the store and the link, and you type the rest. Nothing is thrown away because a fetch failed, and you can add the photos and the price by hand at any point.

Can I get my shelf out of Credenza?

Yes, and you do not need Pro. Export in your profile writes a JSON file of every card, which you can re-import later. Pro adds a CSV export that opens in Numbers, Excel or Sheets with the weights and totals filled in. There is no card limit on a shelf to begin with, on either plan; what actually runs out explains the bound that does exist.

How do I start?

Open Credenza and paste one link. No account, no card, and nothing to install. Add the rest of the haul when you find it, and open Buy in your agent when you are ready to order.

Credenza organizes links you already found. Purchases still happen with your shopping agent.
