Keep QC photos with each item in an agent haul

QC, GL, and RL

• QC: quality check. Your agent receives the item, photographs it, and waits for you.
• GL: green light. You approve the item, and it joins your parcel.
• RL: red light. You reject the item. The agent returns it, or holds it while you decide.

The photos are the evidence. GL or RL is the decision. Most people keep the evidence in one place and make the decision in another.

The photos outlive the message

A ten-item haul produces forty or more QC photos across days. They land in the agent dashboard, or a Discord thread, or a chat window with three other orders in it. By the time you compare item six against its listing, item two has scrolled off.

Worse, the thing you need beside the QC photo is not in the chat at all: the seller photo you bought from, the price you paid, and the size you picked.

The photos live on the item

• Save QC photos to the card that already holds the link, the price, the seller, and your size.
• Free keeps 4 QC photos an item. Pro keeps 12.
• Use the card note to record your approval, return, or follow-up question.
• The buying status stays Want or Bought. QC is a photo type, not a status.

Want before payment. Bought after payment.

Credenza uses two statuses. Mark the card Bought after you pay. Keep QC photos and your later decision in the card without changing its status.

• Want: saved, not paid for.
• Bought: paid, with later photos kept on the same card.

Compare against what you bought

• Stitching, logo shape, and font against the seller photos on the same card.
• Color under the agent's lighting, which is rarely the seller's lighting.
• The measurement you sized on. A chart said 56 cm chest; the tape in the QC photo is the real answer.
• Damage, marks, and the wrong size shipped. These are common return reasons.

Decide while the choice still exists

Once the agent packs a parcel, a return costs more work. Review the QC photos first, then plan the parcel. The haul view keeps the related items together.

Share the item, not your whole shelf
