A haul is a parcel, not a folder

You group items into a haul because they ship together. A haul carries a name, a budget, and the parcel weight and dimensions. The shelf then adds up what is inside it, so you see the parcel total before you pay for shipping, not after.

Prices arrive in the currency the store used. The shelf converts each one to USD for the total, so a haul that mixes CNY and USD still adds up to one number.

The album is the reason a link is worth keeping

A Yupoo album is how you decide. A raw URL in a sheet is not. Credenza pulls a cover photo and up to six photos onto the card, and keeps the album link so you can open the rest externally. Six is a deliberate cap: it is enough to judge the item, and it keeps the shelf fast on a phone.

QC photos from the agent are stored on the same card as the find, so the picture you bought from and the picture you received sit together.

Switching agents does not break the shelf

Credenza stores the marketplace URL, never the agent URL. The agent link is built when you press Buy. Change your preferred agent in settings and every item on the shelf opens at the new one. Nothing stored changes.

When a spreadsheet is still fine

If you buy one item a month and never compare size charts, a sheet works. If you plan multi-item parcels, re-check QC, or re-open old Yupoo albums, a planner pays for itself in fewer wrong sizes and lost links.
