Share a haul list without sharing your whole shelf

Posting a haul means posting a list. The usual answer is a wall of raw links, or a screenshot nobody can click.

The problem

A haul post is a list, and links are a bad list

Somebody asks what is in your haul. You have fourteen items across Weidian, Yupoo, and two Taobao sellers. So you paste fourteen URLs, and the thread shows fourteen identical blue lines with no photos, no prices, and no sizes.

The screenshot fixes the photos and breaks everything else. Nobody can open an item, nobody can read the seller name at that resolution, and the post stops being useful the moment one item sells out.

What a shared link is

One haul, read-only, at an address nobody can guess

Open the haul and press Share. Credenza writes a read-only page at a random 12-character address, and copies the link. The page shows the cards you already built: cover photo, title, and whichever other fields you allow.

The part that matters

A field you switch off is not on the page at all

Before the link is made, you choose what goes in it: prices, notes, quality, sellers, parcel. Each is a switch.

A field you switch off is absent from the page, not hidden by styling. This is the difference that matters. Hidden text is still in the source, so anybody who opens the page source reads it. Credenza never sends it, so there is nothing to find.

Where it goes

Reddit and Discord show a card, not a bare URL

The link carries a preview image, a title, and the item count, so a paste in a thread renders as a card with your cover photo. That is what makes people click it instead of scrolling past.

Paste the link on its own line. Both platforms only build a card for a URL that stands alone, so a link buried inside a sentence stays a bare blue line.

When you are done

Delete the link and the page stops existing

Open Profile, then Shared links. Every link you made is listed there with its haul name. Delete one and the page answers 404 straight away — not when a cache expires.

Deleting a link changes nothing in your shelf. The haul, the cards, the photos, and the notes stay exactly as they were. The link was a copy, and only the copy goes.

Good uses

Four things the link is actually for

Before you post

Two habits worth keeping

Open the link yourself first, in a private window. That is what a reader sees, and it takes five seconds to confirm the prices really are off.

Keep your hauls separate before you share rather than after. A link carries one haul, so a shelf where everything lives in a single haul gives you nothing to choose between.

Credenza is a decision layer, not a marketplace and not a W2C search engine. You bring the links from communities and stores you already use.
